3.1 Website platform

Our website is hosted by Wix.com, and all information regarding the collection of data and process of information can be found in their own privacy policy.

Should you choose to enter your details via downloading a document, creating an account, signing up for HR updates your data is held on these hosted servers.

3.2 Site visitation tracking

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor (see section 6.0 below).

GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides. FYI our website uses the analytics.js implementation of GA.

Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.

3.3 Information you supply to us. 

You may supply us with information about you by filling in forms/submit a comment on a blog, on our website. This includes information you provide when you submit a contact/enquiry form. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. This information is stored on our servers and will not be shared with any third parties.

When you visit our website, a record of your visit is made. That data is used completely anonymously, in order to determine the number of people who visit our website and the most frequently used sections of the site with this information we are able to continually update and refine the site. If you use any forms on the website to send an email to us, a record will also be made of your email address and your telephone number.

Any information you provide to us will either be emailed directly to us or may be stored on a secure server. We use a trusted third party website and hosting provider (Wix.com) to facilitate the running and management of this website. Wix.com meet high data protection and security standards and are bound by contract to keep any information they process on our behalf confidential. Any data that may be collected through this website that Wix.com process, is kept secure and only processed in the manner we instruct them too. Wix.com cannot access, provide, rectify or delete any data that they store on our behalf without permission.

 

We do not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies. 

We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to regional/national institutions and authorities, unless required by law or other regulations.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
